Our own private dining room, just the girls. Friday night we dress up and we eat a lot — come hungry, because it's a family-style feast across three courses.
We're sending Grace into marriage with a champagne-soaked weekend in Crystal Beach — and somehow she has already sniffed out exactly two things about it.
Early crew arrives at the Airbnb with all the decor, drinks, and welcome bags.

Nobody wants to spend the weekend delegating — so we put it all in writing. Claim your jobs and your gear ahead of time, and once we’re there we can actually relax and let the weekend run itself.
Every job of the weekend — setup, meals, games, cleanup — mapped hour by hour from Friday check-in to Sunday send-off. Put your name beside what you’ll own so no one is chasing anybody down all weekend.
The things the house won’t have and we can’t do without — coolers, floaties, speakers, platters, lawn games, vases. If you already own it, claim it, so we don’t show up with five of one thing and none of another.
Both lists live in the same Google Sheet — two tabs along the bottom. The sooner you claim, the less we’re sorting out in the driveway on Friday.

Everything above is covered — you don't need to bring any of it. But if you have a go-to that isn't on the list, bring it: your seltzer, your beer, a non-alcoholic option, a specific mixer, your own wine. There's fridge space waiting.
